How To Use

Dosage
For most patients however, the normal startup dose is 10 mg at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The Dose may be increased to 20mg based on individual efficacy and tolerability. This medicine must be taken as directed by doctor. VIGROFIL tablets should not be taken more often than once daily as needed. Most importantly, this fact should be kept in mind that high fat meal may delay the time of onset of VIGROFIL tablets.
Side Effects
It must be noticed that this product may cause side effects depending on various factors. Depending on the health status of the patient, VIGROFIL may produce side effects generally mild to moderate in nature. Such side effects may go away within a few hours of use. But in case it extend to longer hours, a doctor or physician must be consulted. Some of the side effects include headache, dyspepsia, dizziness, flushing nasal congestion, back pain and or muscle aches.
Precautions
VIGROFIL contains some lactose and should not be taken by patients who are lactose intolerant.
During treatment patients should avoid grapefruit juice.
Taking VIGROFIL with grapefruit juice can increase chances of experiencing undesirable side effects.
If anyone is taking medications with nitrates or nitric oxide, one can have uncontrolled blood pressure.

Drug Interactions
If an individual is currently taking medicines that contain nitrates, then VIGROFIL tablets are strictly restricted. Nitrates are used to treat chest pains in heart patients. Taking them with VIGROFIL may cause blood pressure drop to unsafe levels.
